What access do you need?

WordPress admin, hosting access (cPanel, Plesk, or SFTP), and Cloudflare or CDN access if enabled. These details make diagnosis significantly faster. We handle all credentials securely.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We access only what's needed to diagnose and fix the issue. All credentials are stored securely during the engagement and deleted on request. NDA available.

What if the problem comes back?

If the same issue recurs within 7 days of the fix, we'll re-diagnose and fix it at no additional charge. We stand behind our work.

Do you work on weekends or after hours?
