If the fix needs more time (e.g. deep malware cleanup), we contact you first to discuss the scope and additional cost before any further work begins. Nothing extra is charged without your approval.

We usually need your WordPress login and your hosting login (the account you use to manage your website hosting). If you are not sure where to find these, we will walk you through it. We share credentials securely and all access is used solely for the repair.
