Capabilities
You describe the symptom. We handle the rest.
You open your website and see nothing. Just a blank page. Your customers see the same thing. This is one of the most common WordPress issues, usually caused by a plugin or theme update. We find the cause and get your site back online.
Your website is showing an error page instead of your content. Visitors land on your site and see a confusing error message. This is almost always fixable. We trace the cause and get your site back to normal, usually within the hour.
Your site is sending visitors to strange pages, showing pop-ups, or displaying content you did not put there. This is typically a security issue that needs immediate attention. We clean it up, close the gap that allowed it, and help protect your site going forward.
This is the exact message WordPress shows when something breaks. You might see it after an update, or it might appear without warning. Either way, it means your site is down for visitors too. We find what caused it and restore your site.
Customers can't complete their purchase, payments aren't going through, or the cart keeps emptying. Every hour this stays broken costs you real money. We find the problem and get your store taking orders again.
Your site was working yesterday and now it's not. Maybe you ran an update, or maybe something updated itself. This is the most common WordPress emergency we see. We find what went wrong and get your site working again.
How It Works
No ticket queues. No back-and-forth. A direct line to someone who's fixed this before.
Fill out the intake form below. Tell us what you're seeing, when it started, and anything that changed recently. Once we receive your request and the access details we need, a senior specialist starts within minutes during US business hours.
Diagnosis and repair included in your chosen tier. Most WordPress problems are resolved in a single session. If more time is needed, we explain the scope and cost before continuing.
We verify the fix is working, then send you a written summary covering what we found, what we fixed, and steps to help prevent it happening again.

Common Questions
That's completely normal and exactly what the diagnostic is for. Most of our clients reach out knowing only that their site is down or showing an error. You don't need to identify the problem before contacting us. Just tell us what you're seeing and we take it from there.
Emergency requests are prioritized. Once we receive your request and the access details we need, a senior specialist starts within minutes during US business hours (Eastern time). Outside business hours, we check messages regularly and respond as soon as we can. Submit your request any time.
We offer two tiers. Standard Fix is $129 USD and includes a response within 24 hours during US business hours, a full diagnosis, repair, and a written summary. Priority Fix is $249 USD and includes a response within 2 hours during US business hours, with the same full diagnosis, repair, and summary. Both tiers cover most WordPress emergencies in a single session. If the fix needs more time (for example a deep malware cleanup), we contact you first to confirm the scope and the $120 USD per hour rate before any additional work begins. Nothing extra is charged without your approval.
We usually need your WordPress login and your hosting login (the account you use to manage your website hosting). If you are not sure where to find these, we will walk you through it. We share credentials securely and all access is used solely for the repair.
Submit your request anyway. We will tell you exactly what access we need and walk you through how to find it. Most hosting providers (like GoDaddy, Bluehost, or WP Engine) make it straightforward. Not having the login ready should not delay your request.
If we can't resolve or meaningfully progress your issue, we won't charge you. The authorized amount is a hold, not a charge, and is only captured when work is completed to your satisfaction. We'll give you a clear explanation of what we found, what we tried, and our recommendation for next steps.
Yes. WordPress emergencies don't wait for Monday. We do our best to respond to critical issues outside business hours. Submit your request any time and we'll get to it as soon as we can.
Absolutely. WooCommerce issues are some of the most urgent because a broken checkout means lost sales. We handle payment failures, checkout errors, cart problems, order processing issues, and plugin conflicts that break your store.
We handle most security issues in a single session: cleaning the infection, closing the vulnerability, and securing your site. In rare cases involving deep-rooted infections or search engine blacklisting, specialist tools may be needed. We will let you know what's required and whether any additional help is recommended.
