Capabilities
You describe the symptom. We handle the rest.
You open your site and see nothing. Just a blank page. Your customers see the same thing. This is one of the most common WordPress issues, usually caused by a plugin or theme update. We find the cause and get your site back online.
Your site was working yesterday and now it isn't. Maybe you ran an update, or maybe something updated itself. This is the most common WordPress emergency we see. We find what went wrong and get your site working again.
Your site is sending visitors to strange pages, showing pop-ups, or displaying content you did not put there. This is typically a security issue that needs immediate attention. We clean it up, close the gap that allowed it, and help protect your site going forward.
Your website is showing an error page instead of your content. Visitors land on your site and see a confusing error message. This is almost always fixable. We trace the cause and get your site back to normal, usually within the hour.
Customers can't complete their purchase, payments aren't going through, or the cart keeps emptying. Every hour this stays broken costs you real money. We find the problem and get your store taking orders again.
You can't log in. The password reset email never arrives. You get sent in a login loop. We restore your access safely without resetting anything that could put your site at risk.
How It Works
No ticket queues. No back-and-forth. A direct line to someone who's fixed this before.
Fill out the short form below. Tell us your URL, what you're seeing, and anything that changed recently. We typically reply within the hour during UK business hours.
Pick your tier and authorise the card upfront so we can move fast. The hold sits on your card. Nothing is charged. If we can't fix it, the hold releases automatically and you pay nothing.
We diagnose, repair, and verify the fix is working. Then you receive a written summary covering what we found, what we fixed, and steps to help prevent it happening again.

Common Questions
That's completely normal and exactly what the diagnostic is for. Most of our clients reach out knowing only that their site is down or showing an error. You don't need to identify the problem before contacting us. Just tell us what you're seeing and we take it from there.
Emergency requests are prioritised. Once we receive your request, we respond within 2 hours during UK business hours. Outside those hours, we check messages regularly and get to you as soon as we can. Submit your request any time.
We offer two tiers. Standard Fix is £79 and includes a response within 24 hours during UK business hours, a full diagnosis, repair, and a written summary. Priority Fix is £150 and includes a response within 2 hours during UK business hours, with the same full diagnosis, repair, and summary. Both tiers cover most WordPress emergencies in a single session. If the fix needs more time, for example a deep malware cleanup, we contact you first to confirm the scope and the £55 per hour rate before any additional work begins. Nothing extra is charged without your approval.
Submitting details in Step 1 is free. At Step 2 we ask you to authorise a card hold for your chosen tier (£79 or £150). A hold is not a charge. We only capture the hold once we've reviewed your site, confirmed we can help, and completed the fix. If we can't take the job, your bank releases the hold automatically, usually within a couple of business days.
A hold reserves the amount on your card so we know you're a genuine buyer before we block out time. It does not move money. We only capture the hold into a charge after we've completed the fix. If we decide we can't help, or you cancel, your bank releases the hold automatically, usually within a couple of business days, and you pay nothing.
We usually need your WordPress login and your hosting login (the account you use to manage your website hosting). If you are not sure where to find these, we will walk you through it. We share credentials securely and all access is used solely for the repair.
Yes. We regularly work with Krystal, 20i, TsoHost, Kualo, SiteGround, Cloudways, Kinsta, WP Engine, and most other UK and international hosts. If your provider is less common, submit your request anyway. We will tell you what access we need and guide you through finding it.
We respond to UK emergency requests during UK business hours, Monday to Friday. A specialist is actively monitoring new requests during that window and can get started within the hour. You can submit a request outside that window and we will respond first thing during the next business window.
Absolutely. WooCommerce issues are some of the most urgent because a broken checkout means lost sales. We handle payment failures, checkout errors, cart problems, order processing issues, and plugin conflicts that break your store.
We handle most security issues in a single session: cleaning the infection, closing the vulnerability, and securing your site. In rare cases involving deep-rooted infections or search engine blacklisting, specialist tools may be needed. We will let you know what's required and whether any additional help is recommended.
Ready When You Are
